Returns

The inventory is always changing, and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of multiple entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. The levels of stock can change at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order could become unavailable even after you have made the order.

Our policy runs for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.

For your item to be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging.
